Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to twenty four hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within twenty four hours will be counted as a completed session.
Clients may request a refund only if the session has not yet taken place. Once a session is completed, the payment is final.
Clients may request a refund for unused sessions within fourteen days of purchase. Completed sessions will be deducted from the refund amount using the single session rate.
Once the first session in a multi session program has been completed, the program cannot be fully refunded. Clients will still have access to all remaining sessions included in their package.
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be marked as completed.
If a client is unhappy with their first session, they may contact us to discuss a possible adjustment, replacement session, or partial credit.
Clients may request a refund by emailing us at [email protected]. All requests will be reviewed and processed within five to seven business days.
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are made, the effective date will be updated above. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated policy.
